  • Parking Passes for Dean’s Office Guests

  • Telephone Directory

  • Chair’s Meeting Minutes

  • College Committee Lists, Letters and Website Update

  • Maintain AHP Calendar

  • Maintain Procedures Manual

  • Liaison to Academic Affairs for the College (including processing all documents to AA)

  • Mid-Tenure Reviews and Tenure and Promotion Process

  • Manage Annual Evaluation

  • Manage CAHP Handbook Updates
