Grounds and Landscaping

The Grounds and Landscape Department is responsible for the following services on campus:

  • Full service landscape maintenance, including mowing, blowing, pruning, etc.
  • Landscape plant and annual flower bed installation.
  • Irrigation installation and system maintenance.
  • Fertilizer applications and landscape pests and disease control.
  • General outdoor cleanliness, including pressure washing, trash/litter control, and landscape
    debris removal.
  • Retaining wall construction.
  • Stormwater system maintenance and ground water control.
  • Concrete work.
  • Job site grading and utility excavation.
