A Donor Advised Fund (DAF) is a powerful way to manage your philanthropy. By giving through a DAF, you can receive an immediate tax deduction and then recommend gifts to the University or USA Health at your convenience.
Ways to Direct Your Gift
We recommend using DAFpay (powered by Chariot) for the most seamless experience. It allows you to give in seconds without leaving our site.
- How it works: Click the [Give with DAFpay] button on our giving page. Simply log in to your DAF provider, such as Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, or BNY Mellon, and confirm your gift.
- Why we prefer it: When DAF providers mail physical checks, they often arrive without the donor’s contact information. This creates a "mystery check" that makes it difficult for us to know who to thank! DAFpay solves this by securely sharing your details with us the moment you click "Submit," ensuring you receive immediate confirmation and proper credit for your gift.
For a digital, paperless option, you can recommend an ACH transfer through your provider’s online portal.
