Process Technology Admission

• The USA Admissions homepage is located at https://explore.southalabama.edu/apply/ 
  • The Industrial TDP is a one-year standalone certificate program. It is not a degree program.
  • Student must select the "Non-Degree seeking" option in Process Technology during their application process
• Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • All applicants meeting this basic requirement will be considered for conditional admission.
  • GED First Time Freshman Admission (Minimum Age 17 / Took the GED test and did not graduate high school)
  • Must submit an official copy of their GED test results as part of their admissions application.
• It is recommended that applicants submit the following items to the Director of the TDP at sduff@southalabama.edu for additional consideration:
  • Letter of recommendation.
  • One-page essay on what personal attributes will make you successful in the Industrial TDP.
• Student in the Process Technology TDP program must earn a minimum grade of "C" in every class.
  • Students failing to earn a minimum of "C" in every class will be dismissed from the program
