JagPALs

JagPALs (Peer Academic Leaders) are USA students who facilitate learning and academic success for their peers by building meaningful relationships to help students navigate through their college experience.  JagPALs assist in identifying, locating, and utilizing appropriate resources to empower students to achieve their goals.  Through meetings as needed and email/text exchanges, JagPALs work with students to develop study habits, effective time management skills, personal accountability strategies, and more.  Success coaches are strategically partnered with freshman and sophomore students who have similar interests and fields of study.
