Moving In
*If you are submitting an Early Arrival Request OR are part of a USA-sponsored group/organization
that will be arriving early to campus,you DO NOT need to book a Move-In Appointment.
IF YOU DO NOT YET HAVE A ROOM ASSIGNMENT FOR FALL 2026, YOU CANNOT SCHEDULE A MOVE-IN APPOINTMENT.
Please be patient as the USA Housing team is working daily to process cancellations, which often opens a room space and allows for new assignments to be made. When any open room becomes available, you will be assigned automatically to that room, and an update will be sent to your JagMail informing you of the new room assignment.
If you absolutely need to go ahead and make travel plans for a certain day, please do so for Saturday, August 15, 2026, and our team will accommodate those plans.
