Academic Year 2026-2027 Assignment Timeline

  • Extended Housing Contract Deadline: February 6, 2026
  • RoomSync Roommate Matching Deadline: February 10, 2026
  • Priority Room Selection event opens on MyUSAHousing: February 24–27, 2026

All transfer, upperclassmen and graduate students who complete their Housing contract by February 6 will be eligible to participate in Priority Room Selection. Room selection priority is based on the completed date of the AY 2026-2027 Housing contract. 

Students will receive details by email to their JagMail.

▼   What if I complete my Housing contract AFTER the deadline?
All transfer, upperclassmen and graduate students who complete the Housing contract after the extended February 6 deadline will receive details on how to select their preferred room on a later date. This information will be emailed to the student's JagMail accounts from USA Housing.
